Become a Vendor

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a vendor! The Chapel Hill Farmers’ Market is a producer only market. Vendors may only sell what they grow or make themselves.

Please take a moment to read through the information below to determine which application you should fill out. We accept New Members each year in December. 

All applicants must review the current market Rules & Regulations, Policies & Procedures and the market By-Laws:

Our mailing address is PO Box 4244, Chapel Hill, NC 27515. Please do not send mail to our physical location or it, along with any application fees, may be lost.

  • Returning Members: Applications for the 2023-24 season are on this Google Form and are due December 31, 2022. ​

  • New Member Vendors: Please read the Rules & Regulations above for membership requirements. We are currently accepting New Member applications. Applications for the 23-24 Season are on this Google Form and are due December 31, 2022. ​

  • Specialty Vendors: Specialty vendors have a seasonal or limited product and would not be able to meet minimum member vendor attendance requirements (please see rules & regulations above). We are currently seeking new general-produce vendors, especially winter growers, as well as vendors selling high quality local products that are absent or under-represented at the Chapel Hill Farmers’ Market. Some of the products that we are particularly interested in are nuts, sweet corn, dry beans, grains, dairy products, beverages, gluten free bread, bagels, pies, and ready to eat foods made with local ingredients.

No Dogs Allowed for the first hour of market, on Tuesdays and Saturdays (hours change seasonally) with the exception of service dogs. See full market pet policy here.
