Become a Vendor

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a vendor! Please take a moment to read through the information below to determine which application you should fill out. We will be accepting applications for New Members, Craft and Specialty Vendors for the 2019-20 Season starting December 1, 2018.

Our mailing address is PO Box 4244, Chapel Hill, NC 27515. Please do not send mail to our physical location or it, along with any application fees, may be lost.

  • New Member Vendors: Application forms for the 2019-20 season  - Word pdf
  • Returning Member Vendors:  Application forms for the 2019-20 season - Word pdf
  • Specialty Vendors: Specialty vendors have a seasonal or limited product and would not be able to meet minimum member vendor attendance requirements (please see rules & regulations above). The market also accepts specialty vendor applications from vendors who have a highly desired product that is not currently represented at market. We are currently seeking beverages, chocolate, honey, jams, jellies, fermented foods, ready to eat foods, pickles, wine, gluten-free foods, pies, cookies, nuts, nut butters, flours, cornmeal, dairy products, hops, apples and carving pumpkins.

  • Craft Market Vendors: This year we are hosting ten craft markets for our 2018-19 Season. The application period is closed for this season. New application forms for the 2019-20 season coming soon.

We love your furry friends as much as you do but sadly, just like other food-related businesses, we cannot allow dogs at market. Please leave your furry friends at home or tie your dog in our shaded picnic area. Thanks for understanding!
