Become a Vendor

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a vendor!

Please take a moment to read through the information below to determine which application you should fill out. We accept New Members each year in December.

All applicants must review the current market Rules & Regulations, Policies & Procedures and the market By-Laws:
  • Chapel Hill Farmers' Market Rules & Regulations
  • Chapel Hill Farmers' Market Policies & Procedures
  • Chapel Hill Farmers' Market By-Laws

Our mailing address is PO Box 4244, Chapel Hill, NC 27515. Please do not send mail to our physical location or it, along with any application fees, may be lost.

  • New Member Vendors: We are not currently accepting New Member applications. Applications for the 22-23 Season will be available in December 2021.
  • Specialty Vendors: Specialty vendors have a seasonal or limited product and would not be able to meet minimum member vendor attendance requirements (please see rules & regulations above). We are currently seeking new general-produce vendors, especially winter growers, as well as vendors selling high quality local products that are absent or under-represented at the Chapel Hill Farmers’ Market. Some of the products that we are particularly interested in are nuts, fruit (e.g. figs, pears), grains, dry beans, dairy products, beverages, fermented foods, and acidified foods.

  • Craft Market Vendors: We are not currently accepting applications for our 2021 Craft Markets. Please check back at a later date.
If, after reviewing the above information, you have any questions about our application process please feel free to contact the market manager.

Market Dog Policy:
We love your furry friends as much as you do but sadly, just like other food-related businesses, we cannot allow dogs at market. Please leave your furry friends at home or tie your dog in our shaded picnic area. Thanks for understanding!
